Future Lions is an award for anyone in full-time education and for 10 years, it has been AKQA’s pride at Cannes Lion Festival. This year, Future Lions received more entries than ever before.
Each year has a different theme. This year, the line "Beyond" encourages going beyond limitations, experience, imagination, expectation.
Since its inception in 2005, Future Lions continues to grow its global reach and influence. In 2017, Future Lions attracted more than 2,100 participants from 64 countries, 81 nationalities, across 458 schools making it the most successful competition to date.
99% of winners have gone on to work for some of the world’s top advertising and design agencies around the world. Now in its twelfth year, this incubator for talent has become one of the most highly anticipated seminars at Cannes.
